These projects work to understand mobile phone use by older adults, people with Mild Cognitive Impairment and dementia. Additionally, these projects design and test technologies to make mobile phone use more accessible.

Social Recall
In this project we design and developed an Android App to enhance and maintain social connectivity for people with dementia.

Challenges and Opportunities for Mobile Phone Use in Dementia
This project examines current mobile phone use, challenges with use, and ideas for future assistive technologies to support mobile phone use for people with dementia.

Identifying Smartphone Usage Patterns
In a survey study, we uncover current smartphone usage patterns of older adults and people across a spectrum of age-related cognitive changes.
